Forms on this site for test rides, general enquiries, and brochure requests work by preparing a WhatsApp message to GreenSpark; the message is only sent once you press send in WhatsApp yourself. Submitting a form on this website does not, by itself, book a test ride, reserve a vehicle, or guarantee a response time — it starts a conversation with our team. Product information and warranty
Range, charging time, warranty, and other specifications shown on this website are specific to each model and are listed on that model's own page — they are not identical across all GreenSpark models. Warranty terms are as stated on the relevant product page and apply as provided at the time of purchase through an authorized showroom.
Showroom and dealership interactions
Test rides, purchases, and dealership discussions take place at our Wai showroom and are subject to the terms agreed with our showroom team at that time. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding sale on its own.
Vehicle bookings, deposits, refunds, and cancellations
GreenSpark accepts vehicle bookings and deposits at our showroom. Refunds and cancellations of a booking or deposit are handled on a case-by-case basis with our showroom team — we do not apply a fixed refund percentage, a fixed cancellation deadline, or an automatic refund entitlement.
